CASTME links science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) educators across the Commonwealth. It has a UK-based board of trustees, with regional groups in Africa, Asia, and Europe.

Membership of CASTME and the use of the name and Commonwealth logo have to be approved through returns made by the CASTME trustees to the accreditation office at the Commonwealth Secretariat Accreditation Committee in June each year.
Individuals or groups who would like to become members of CASTME should write to the Secretary using the ‘Contact’ page. No group may use a country name.
